Hi
Today I have a fun diy which I really looked forward to to make and finally completed it. And of course I have been ever so excited to even put the smallest things in it. Receipts, plane tickets literally everything. It all means something to me . I can't throw something away very easily so I am personally really happy that I made this. Btw I started making the memory jar when it was still daylight but by the end it is dark as it still gets dark really quick at 5 o'clock.

I hope that getting a jar is the easiest thing. The one that I am using is the one on the far left and it is a sambal jar. In the middle is a honey jar and the one on the right is a chocolate jar. Yep the biggest I know I am a big chocolate fan but who isn't?
Then you need some very simple things like some scissors, a pritt stick and a pencil.
This is where the fun thing is collecting all the decorative stuff that you have. From ribbons to stencils or even from printed cello tape to some cards
Then on a card write what you want to, and cut it out. I stuck my one after the decorations but if you want to stick it on first then that is not a problem either.
Start decorating your jar with prints or ribbons etc. I have used here a peace stencil by applying some paint to it. Or you can even paint it yourself onto the jar.
Another idea is to cut out some hearts/stars anything that you can think of and just stick it on.
Here is the result of mine.
Or you could just have it really simple like my cousin.
I hope that I inspired you in some way to make your own.
If you do make your own let me know:)
Lots of love Jazz
