I am not a big make-up fan but one of the things that I do like to use once in a while is a winged eyeliner. I think that if you just apply a winged eyeliner to your eye it makes your look already complete without applying any other make-up.
I have 2, one is a liquid one and one is a pen type one. Both are alright in their own place and I like to use them together for different things as I personally think that the pen is best for drawing the outline but the liquid is best for filling the arc in.
This Eye liner is from Rimmel and was £5.49 which is quite good for the quality of the eyeliner. As the fine end of the liner is perfect for drawing and works almost like a pen as the down side of it is, if you lean the side of the tip you are most likely to smudge it with the pen and it dries so quickly that it makes it harder to get rid of the smudges.
I work better with a pen as it is easier but you have to redraw the eyeliner at least 2 times a day as it doesn't stay that long.

This Eye liner is from Rimmel as well and was £5.29. Not a big difference from the first one in price but still a bit cheaper.
I usually use this one to fill in the arc as this one stays longer on your eye and the colour of it is much darker and shiner as well. As it is liquid so it takes a bit longer to dry so unfortunatly smudges sometimes as well but after waiting for a few seconds letting it dry you wouldn't have any of the smudging problems.

On this picture above you can clearly see the difference between the two eyeliners. When I was going to buy them I couldn't decide which one to buy so I bought them both and since then I use them together and wouldn't use them seperate.
