I don't really like eating a lot in summer so I usually eat something really light like this.
As a main I have got Salade. I'm not usually a person who eats a lot of salads but this one had pasta and corn pieces in it which gives you just that final touch to it. Mostly I'm only looking froward to eating that. Other than that I also have cucumber, carrot, iceberg, paprika, sweet corn, cherry tomatoes, green and black olives.
I also have a orange juice box. I know it's a bit childish but I just love that innocent orange juice. Before they used to have it in a big large family bottle so I used to pour it in a black bottle and then take it with me. But when I found out that they did orange juice boxes I had to buy it because it was just perfect for my lunch box. Orange juice is really good for your general health as well which is good for orange lovers like me.
For fruit I had chosen strawberry. I love them and take them for at least one day a week for lunch. I usually try to fit more than 7. You would think why randomly 7 well to have one of your 5 a day from strawberries you need to eat at least 7.
Usually I do take actimel for a source of calcium but when I don't take it I take yoghurt. I love yoghurt as a snack because it's perfect for a light lunch even though with this yoghurt petit filous (which means little dessert which is basically the only bit of french I know) it does seem a little bit childish but I love this yoghurt. As it's the only yoghurt you can really get that hasn't really got any fruit pieces in it which I hate. Another thing as a snack is a cracker with coleslaw which is only extra if you are already filled up then you don't need to burst your tummy.
