To make this, first you need some of the Chicken style pieces. Just to make things clear this is corn not chicken so it is vegetarian but it still contains egg.
Open the package and empty it on your non-stick frying pan or however you want to heat it as you got some options on the back of the packet but it would be best to do it my way to make this recipe. Then add 1 tablespoon of oil or in my case I haven't done that to make it even more healthier.

Check that you are steering it after a while about 30 seconds. Till it starts to be brown which you can clearly see on the two pictures.
You can see that the corn chucks really start to be brown and cook after a while it may take up to 5-7 minutes or much faster if you did it with oil. Just add your favourte salsa to it which could be anything and let it cook and stir it after a while .
After you have added the salsa and it is all mixed in the corn chunks and you know that it is cooked well as you have tried to prick it with a fork. Then put your saucepan aside from the gas to cool it down.I made mine the day before school and I left it to cool. Afterwards I put it into a container and left it outside. Not in the fridge else it would have been really cold by the time I would have at it.
Then (for me the next day) Start to make the salad. You can see the breakfast stuff at the back and even my sister eating her cereals but ignore that. Make your salad however you want to . Maybe add some cucumber or olives or baby gherkins whatever you like in your salad you may even add some sweet corn which I forgot.
After cutting and washing everything add everything to your lunchbox and there you have it another healthy lunch inspirations.
