Anyways I love my food and I like to try out new things once in a while. Sometimes they taste great but sometimes I am like Jazz what the heck were you thinking when making this. So today a healthy lunch. I may do a breakfast one soon as well as I haven't done that in a while.
Open the package and empty it on your non-stick frying pan or however you want to heat it as you got some options on the back of the packet but it would be best to do it my way to make this recipe. Then add 1 tablespoon of oil or in my case I haven't done that to make it even more healthier.
Or have you got some other healthy lunch/breakfast suggestions?
